Deposit Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. If a trip needs to be cancelled for any reason due to weather or rough sea conditions, the deposit can be applied to a future charter. If a trip is cancelled for reasons other than weather and rough sea conditions within a 24 hour period of the trip, it is at the Captain's discretion whether a refund will apply.
